What to Watch this Week...12/3-12/9
This coming week's Christmas movie viewing includes several movies I've been looking forward to watching, including a Hanukkah movie on Friday night! Top of my list - Trevor Donovan and Merritt Patterson star in "Jingle Bell Princess" this Saturday night on GAC Family. I had the pleasure of interviewing Trevor and am really excited for this movie and pairing. Merritt's movies are always well acted, and Trevor is a Rom Com Road favorite. I also think "A Lot Like Christmas" promises to be a good film - it airs Sunday night on GAC Family and stars Rom Com favorites Maggie Lawson and Christopher Russell. So far I've really enjoyed the movies on GAC Family - the network is doing a great job bringing the Christmas Spirit to life.
I'm also super excited to see sisters Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Ashley Williams star in a movie together - "Sister Swap: A Hometown Holiday" on Hallmark Sunday night. Ashley is so much fun in person and she brings her special brand of excitement and enthusiasm to everything she does. The sisters are very close, and this movie should be a winner!
I've been a fan of Marcus Rosner's since I interviewed him four years ago. His co-stars ALWAYS say wonderful things about him as well. Lisa Durupt is a wonderful actress and it's way past time for her to have a lead role in a rom com. Their movie, "Christmas with a Crown" premieres on Lifetime on the 8th. And on the 9th, Lifetime has a movie starring Marie Osmond. I am a HUGE Osmond fan - so this is a must watch for me!
There are lots of other movies to keep us all busy - including "Our Christmas Journey" with Holly Robinson-Peete and "A Christmas Dance Reunion" with Corbin Bleu. And if you missed watching "Every Time a Bill Rings" on Hallmark Movies Now (the streaming service), the movie will air Sunday night on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. All in all - it's going to be a fun rom com week!
